I have to say a great experience with Van Express the four guys who came to the Apt were wonderful so quick and made this so easy for us to move to South Jersey I would recommened this Company for anyone
I have moved way to many times and have used several moving companies but always being somewhat dissapointed. So again I asked friends for recommendations, looked on Yelp for reviews, you name it. Finally via a friend's recommendations I decided to hire Van Express and I can say my search is over. I will absolutely use them again in the future. Scheduling my move was very easy. They arrived to my apartment on time. They were efficient and moved my things quicker than I've ever experienced. They helped me put my furniture where I wanted it. They put my bed together. They didn't break or scratch anything. And the best thing about it all, they were all very happy and easy to get along with.
We have baby ,as move didn't happen on that day we need to unpack so many things from baby food to sleeping blankets and again pack it which was really frustrating.
We had a small shipment going from Vancouver to New Jersey and we chose Van Express Moving & Storage to assist at the destination with unloading, setup and assembly. The client just called to let me know everything was perfect. Thanks guys, will use again.
On the day of moving people were less as committed one.so they take extra time for loading and unloading. charge us extra for this. When we called the van express person he didn't talk in nice way and without listening our concern he disconnected the call.when we talk to the driver he told us that for our actual day of moving no of person were same as committed one, but as moving shift to another day people are less. Which is not our fault. We paid extra.. infact they might have given concession for not providing service on committed day and time. Worst experience will not recommend this to anyone.
Very much disappointed with service. False promises and unfortunately unprofessional.Move won't happen on committed day and time, reason was drive didn't complete his first appointment in time so they was not able to reach for our move on same day at given time, so it shift to next day morning. This information also not given by van express. We called to check why driver is not on time for move. It was told that a day before move u will get confirmation call from. No such call came. No communication.We agree for next day move.
Fantastic movers! They were very careful, and very professional and polite. This was the lowest bid for the job, and they honored the estimate. The price I was quoted is exactly what I paid. I would absolutely use them again.
