How my car comes out after getting it washed at tractor car wash highly recommend getting your vehicle cleaned here
2) I noticed my tires were not even close to shining and they even looked worse after the wash ( just got brand new tires and they are not even 25 miles old) . I went to the store manager and he says the machine for tire shine is broken and i can take the tire shine in a small bucket and apply it on my tires on my own.
ps to owner: Please don't tell me about equipment failure because I wish that was the only reoccurring issue.
Reducing my rating as some equipments inside the wash does not work all the time.
The concept has potential but needs some more attention to detail and customer service. The self service check in is nice and easy to use. Not sure why they bother extra pressure washing of only one side of the car, but exclude the other. They took the time to take my antenna off but both guys at the end refused to put it back on. The said they did not have time. Also the the side scrubbers inside the wash did not work. I get that things happen but there is no one to talk to around there. Needs more management and I think it could be a good wash.
I went in for the full service pack which is around $16 and its called THE WORKS. This service includes vacuum , tire shine , carnauba wax , rain away with Teflon coating, triple foam wax and other stuff.

Kenny, Oscar, Joe stayed after hours when they just closed but they still washed the car. Awesome! I just signed up to become a monthly member. Thanks team!
The last two times I went to this car wash the side brushes did not work. They are willing to take your money but they don't tell you they are only capable of washing the top of your car. The new owner has installed cameras (so now the employees at least spray down one side of your car) and has installed new equipment however his goal of having a great car wash is falling short. I'm a long time resident of Montville and this will be the last time I get my car washed in town at Trax.

1) When the car wash was done they told me to do vacuum for my self, I mean i am paying you guys to do the same thing , right ?
The problem i have with this is, they are charging for services which they are not providing. SO many people might have been stripped away from their hard earned money by these people. They charge you full prices and then DO NOT DELIVER.
I agree the prices are low. But they also do a filthy job by not doing what they say. Please stay alert while using this location and be prepared to clean your own car with your own hands even after paying money.
